Earth Celebration Committee (EC Committee)

Depending on the purpose of use of the personal information, personal information may be outsourced to organizations other than the EC Committee for the purposes of use listed below. In the event that the EC Committee outsources information to external organizations, the EC Committee will appropriately manage and supervise the information via an agreement with the organization in question. ・Sales of concert tickets, applications for participation in events (e.g. workshops) ・Sales of event merchandise ・Recruitment of volunteers

Personal Information collected will be used for the following purposes. ・To administer/manage applications for participation in events ・To respond or send information to people who have inquired about events ・To provide information on events via email, post, telephone or in person ・To use information as statistical data, in a form in which individual customers cannot be identified ・To pass on messages of appreciation etc. to people involved in events ・All other purposes associated with the above purposes of use.

The EC Committee may, within the scope of its purpose of use, share personal information between the following joint users as follows. When personal information is shared between joint users, it will be handled in strict compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Personal Information Protection Act) and other relevant laws and regulations. 1. The EC Committee may provide personal information to third parties under the following circumstances. When disclosure is required by law/regulation (including to conform to requests from judicial organs or the police). When emergency measures are required to ensure the safety etc. of the EC Committee, a customer or another third party.

Providing personal information to the EC Committee in order to participate in an event is a personal choice. However, given that personal information is required for participant administration, participation may be declined if this information is not provided.

Personal Information will not be collected from minors without the consent of their parent/guardian/person with parental authority.

Individuals who have submitted personal information have the authority to request notification of purpose of use relating to participation in an event, disclosure/correction/addition/deletion of personal information, erasure or discontinuation of use, or discontinuation of provision [to third parties].
